Refund and Returns Policy

IN-STORE PURCHASES

Regular priced items in original condition with applicable tags are eligible for refund or store credit within 0-5 days of purchase. Between 6 and 10 days, only store credit or exchanges are available. After 10 days, no refunds, store credit, or exchanges are available. 

  • 0-5 days after purchase: refund, store credit, exchange
  • 6-10 days after purchase: store credit or exchange
  • >10 days after purchase: not available

ONLINE ORDERS

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to make a return. Please assure that the items are unworn, with all original tags attached. 

Please send an email to [email protected] indicating your order number, the item(s) you wish to send back and whether you would like a return, an exchange, or store credit. Our returns department will assess your request and provide further instructions for the return as soon as possible. Returns must be received by carrier within 7 days of receiving the order. Generating a label does not constitute a return without proof of receipt by the carrier within the 7 day period.

ELIGIBILITY

Your item(s) must meet the following conditions:

  • Original tags attached and in original packaging
  • Free from wear, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent the item from being sold as new
  • Shoes must have unworn soles (so please test-drive them on carpeting) and must include the original shoebox.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense.

EASY FLAT RATE RETURNS (WITHIN USA ONLY)

We are currently offering $15 flat rate returns within the United States. Eligibility is outlined in the returns & exchange policy stated above. Please follow the guidelines and we will provide you with a return shipping label. Upon receipt of your return, we will deduct $15 from the original amount to refund.

Customers outside of the United States are subject to their own shipping costs for returns.

Original shipping fees are not refundable. Customers are responsible for any unnecessary duties or custom fees that may be incurred on a return. W Department is not responsible for any return items lost in transit. Any refunds to your original method of payment will be processed within 10 business days of return receipt.

Exchanges are subject to a separate $15 flat rate shipping fee before exchange shipment is sent to you.
