Briefing is a Japanese bag maker, founded in 1998, that built its name on military-specification construction and on nylon. A baseball cap made with a bag maker is a sensible pairing rather than a novelty one, because the parts of a cap that fail are the parts a bag maker thinks about hardest: the seams at the crown, the sweatband, and the closure at the back.
